essex canary 622 Posted January 15 As opposed to £10 million 'C' Preference Shares paying 7% Interest, the Club has less than £10,000 'A' Preference Shares paying 5.25%. The owners are as shown in the second paragraph below. The biggest owner being the 'Norwich City Supporters Society Limited. Any knowledge? Looks as though the Blower family had some transferred maybe the Chase family too. Will this still be ongoing by the year 3000?

You know that, in the period since 2019, there have been a number of significant changes in both share structure & share ownership at NCFC PLC, right? You know that there is a website where you can review information that is released by publicly-listed companies, right? Give It A Rest. 1

James Blower inherited those shares following the death of his father Roy the previous year. Not to sure why the fascination in RT Chase holding shares back in 2019 well before his death when you seem far less concerned about another former director Martin Armstrong who is also on that list. GMF 1,010 Posted January 15 Any subsequent transfers are shown on the Club’s annual confirmation statements each year and transfers are typically to either family or friends of the deceased shareholder.

Maybe that is why some families don't bother and just mark "deceased'?

Don’t know. Maybe you should drop Zoe a note and say it could be a cost reduction exercise that would help boost her bonus pot?
TIL 1010 5,246 Posted January 15 (edited) This one is a very tenuous grasp of the stick. It could be helped with an article on MFW maybe ? Edited January 15 by TIL 1010
