Ole 0 Posted March 24, 2006 Can anyone please explain to me why Simon Charlton, who will bereleased in the summer is starting, and Yousseff Safri, out only goodmidfielder isn''t starting the game? The only good outcome of tonight''s game is that the chances will be better for Worthless to leave. Marty 0 Posted March 24, 2006 To be fair Safri looks absolute dross tonight, as do most of the team. The first fifteen minutes we were all over them and could and should have been 2 or 3 up, and if my memory is correct Charlton was playing then? Also, Earnshaw looks poor. Huddy 0 Posted March 24, 2006 Doesnt make senseAnd the reason safri was poor was probably because he was still trying too work out why charlton was picked in front of him.
Northern Canary 0 Posted March 24, 2006 Safri did not do one good set piece and all his passes were completely off the mark. But then again so was everybodies

The Original Yellow Fever 0 Posted March 24, 2006 Worthy has probably told Charlton that he will play him as much as he can as there will be no contract for him next year. (A so called "Gentleman''s agreement" )
Ole 0 Posted March 24, 2006 It''s not easy for a midfielder coming on as a substitute for astruggling team... Safri is not a player who can change a game, he mustplay in the starting eleven. Now I hope we will finish outside the top 10. That will make it easierfor the board to convince Delia that Worthless must be replaced.
