Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Man 4,491 Posted December 17, 2023 (edited) This is what I always do on Football Manager if I haven't got a game for at least three days. Any players who haven't played much recently and won't start the next match get a run out with the U21s. I see no reason why this approach shouldn't be taken in real life as well; we may need some of them over the Christmas period and the minutes in their legs won't hurt.
