Take out the Sky money and that requirement vanishes. Believe it or not, football was quite popular before these mega deals existed. I guess if people would just shut up about having to miss U21 matches, or having to book time of work, or for the ridiculous Sunday lunchtimers, get up at 5am, then you can feel less guilty about how much you like being able to watch Man City and Chelsea more often.
