Watford fans seem happy he won't have to play. Who's their backup keeper?

If its Turner they might go into overdrive

Β I know they will have a proper keeper, but today a defender went in goal.Β Screenshot_20231125_172931_uk_co_bbc.android.sportdomestic.thumb.jpg.49f8faaca84864080955826b6d372bbd.jpg

It’s funny how the β€œwe should stick together it’s Wagner and the board” people transfer flawlessly into the β€œourΒ regarding rivals lost today. See! We’ve got a chance, what are you moaning about!?” People

For a band that have been going for 50 years it's a bit sad that we only know one of their songs.

Although you'd think Gareth Gates missed a trick by not recording a cover version of You A-a-a-a-ain't Seen Nothing Yet beforeΒ doing a cover of Barbara Ann (Beach Boys) for the B-side.

Ben Hamer was the sub keeper today, so presumably it will be him playing on Tuesday.Β

Also, isn't this the second time this season Bachmann has been sent off for two bookable offences, or was the other one at the end of last season? Either way, it's rare for a keeper to be sent off for two yellows at any point in their career, never mind twice in relatively quick succession.

I recall Gunn Snr. receiving two yellows in quick succession in the 88/89 season. One for a foul and the second for not putting a sock in it. Mark Bowen had to take over in goal, in a GK shirt at least 3 sizes too big for him. It was ridiculous.Β

I recall Daryl Sutch going in goal against Huddersfield. Can’t remember why though, or the result.Β
