A 3-1 Norwich win today heralds in a new era at Carrow Rd. Results improve, and in January, MA assumes full control of the club and finds the funds for a couple of marque signings to propel us to promotion glory via the play offs.

You may not be far out. Nunez looked heavily involved in shooting drills in training, so I think it will be your team but Nunez for Gibbs.

Hmm Id rather have Gibbs . More steel , our midfield is just too lightweight with Nunez and Sara in team without a decent CDM . Hoping with all the change this week it will galvanise the players . Let what will happen after the game happen , I think its already been decided and we will have to sit back and wait. But for now COYY !

Worth remembering Coventry and Middlesbrough got to the play-offs after iffy starts. Sunderland finished 6th on 69 pts.

Not saying we'll be near the play-offs but never say never. Most important thing is 3 pts today.

Christ...if Gibbs is considered 'steel' it really does highlight how powderpuff our midfield is.

He has previously said himself that he is not a defensive midfielder, and it is obvious to all.

This boy doesn't seem to have come on much at all under the present management. He's been in and out of the starting eleven with appalling consistency, like a few others, and he has been frequently misused.

There was much hype surrounding his arrival, particularly as that source was from Binland, where he was held in very high regard. He was considered a prize capture for us. A feather in our cap.

I had initially expected him to be a constant on the team -sheet by now. That his progress seems to have stalled may well be due to false promise, but I suspect more that it has something to do with the inconsistencies of the present management.

Swap Onel for Sainz and I'd agree. Onel just doesn't produce

But he would be better defensive cover with Placheta.

We're assuming Giannoulis doesn't start, and after his terrible performance last week he really shouldn't. You can see this daft situation where Wagner has to change the left back as well if he were to bring Sainz on. Wagner seems to have spent all season farting about with fullbacks and wingers and we seem no further forward.

We should let others have a chance to start match threads and that starts with you not starting any. I can follow suit and already have. You're simply avoiding that by grandstanding and being purile. If neither of us start a match thread at all and for example not give some rule like oh it's 2pm and no one has I'll do it. Then others will. You simply need to step back and others will fill the void.
