We've got a problem with our Hwang..

Recommended Posts

And its not the kind you can get sorted by seeing a Doctor sadly.

Now, being serious is anybody else worried about how Hwang despite being given chances does seem to well.. Be rather useless? Only time yesterday he seemed to threaten the goal was when he tried heading it and all he had to do was head it into the net and yet somehow it went miles wide.

I suppose the point is that yes with Sargent and Barnes out with do need a striker. The problem is that well.. Do we think Hwang is the solution?

I get that maybe hes not being paid much. Maybe he's just that classic cheap opinion that we as a club seem to love.. But given prior to joining us he was at Forest only to end up not playing a single match due to being under investigation for supposed claimed potential dodgy goings on behind the scenes..

So why did Webber seem to think he was the answer to our problems? Would it have been too hard to at least bring in a striker who had at the very least played a match this season? Or at least one that had any kind of pre season or match fitness at all? Who knows maybe I'll be proved wrong and Hwang will score a Hatrick against Sunderland.. I guess we live in hope

CC, Hwang is the least of the problems that needs fixing. A symptom of the malaise, definitely.

Back on topic sir. How soon should Wagner go?

Can't help thinking the loan deal was done at the same time as the Omobamidele sale - a package if you like. Cheap and convenient.

The wider problem is we're not creating that many chances for him or Idah.

More than likely, despite the fact we were told he was our number one target as soon as Sargent got injured.

I cannot see how that could have possibly been the case. I thought that was odd when it was first reported now, and now I believe that it's just simply not true.

I think we signed the wrong Hwang, pretty sure there is four in the South Korea squad , can’t believe we watched him play because he never actually played for Forest

I thought Hwang was pretty good last night, the trouble is we don't pick out his movement.  He's keen and always signalling to others, and I would like to see him given 90 mins really, as a fair test.

That said Idah was one of the better players, last night, in the regard that he was holding the ball and not just giving it away cheap.

Trouble is they're so different to mix and match.

Yes number one target, just like Dean Smith... Sadly the tame local media won't call this obvious **** out.

Surely no one will admit to watching him first.
