Depends if you believe everything anonymous posters type on the internet. If you do then I've got some magic beans to sell you.

I think her career working for Liverpool, Fulham and The Premier League in general is much more relevant in determining her ability to work at a Championship club, as opposed to a potentially sour individual online who can say whatever he wants with no repercussions. Maybe Zoe sacked him because he was useless?

That's very true hoggy , good point she might have sacked him cause he or she was useless. I try to take in everybody's opinion, knowing that a lot of it could be utter Śhìțè, because, I possibly naively like to think there is more good people on this forum than bad . I think I might ask him that question .could be an interesting  analysis and answer. By the way ,I still can't get my head you playing girlie 3 set tennis.I 🤣😊🙃.

Ha! 3 sets is the format for all LTA Parks Leagues now! Which is a good job, I'm not sure i'd last 5 sets..

I said I worked WITH Zoe - I have certainly never worked FOR her, and never been sacked by her.

I am also not “potentially sour”, just stating my opinion based on my first hand experience.

Poor. Why wait? And any business that doesn't have adequate investment, especially in an industry that has lots of competition with better investment, is doomed to fail.

I'm not dismissive of other posters though. I've had plenty of conversations on here for pages and pages where we disagree but continue to discuss.

I have no inside knowledge on Zoe Webber, but a few things occur to me. She does have a fairly impressive CV. I don’t remember any criticism of her before her husband joined the club. Or when the club has been doing well since her husband joined. And I don’t remember any detailed criticism. That she messed up this particular deal or that specific project. Only very vague accusations that she is just incompetent. Not enough for me as it stands.

Purps all that you report is true, but her basic skillset is one of Project Manager and Administrator. It has always struck me she is not a true "leader" of a multi-disciplinary organisation. Her public interviews etc. are underwhelming, supporting davidlingfield's own close up observation working alongside her. Perfectly good at specific tasks, but not able to take her team along for the whole of a multi-phase corporate jpurney where there are many bumps in the road.

Project Manager Responsibilities

According to Workzone: “A project manager (PM) is an organized, disciplined, personable individual who ensures that the milestones (or sub-deliverables) of a project are completed on time and using the allotted volume of resources resulting in adherence to the deadline and expected quality standards within a pre-estimated budget.” 

 

Essentially, a good project manager is responsible for making sure a project is finalized on time, doesn’t go over budget or wastes resources, and ensures work is of high quality. They communicate between leadership/clients and their team members to turn needs into realities. Project managers also put together comprehensive project plans and have expertise in risk management and conflict resolution. 

Wow  👌 we certainly can shoot the śhìit, these days will waffle and speak. Just like the good old dustman is now a refuse technician.  Words don't make anybody good bad or indifferent.  Results are core. Are we successful,  I suppose that's open for debate. 

For me the quicker the other half of the family fùçķs off the better. Then dear old Zoe can just get on with a (her,) job, and all the palavaras calm down.🤭🤗
