Aarons being in the England U21s should keep the price up should we sell, as looks likely. And Rashica having two suitors (supposedly) should help increase whatever fee is finally agreed. A veritable piece of Turkish Delight. Much to the dismay of the Wailers - those who see anything positive at Carrow Road as a slap in their face.

I read that Fenerbaches offer was 2m euros more than Gala's and all up front. Whereas Galas was to be spread over two yrs.

Gala are trying to get Rashica on the cheap, so this is where Webber does actually do a good job and normally gets us a very good deal

Hardly a positive is it, having to sell two talented players to balance the books? Straw-clutching at positives, what a mess we are.

Yes we heard that rubbish from Webber in the summer of 2021 as we 'prepared' for the second Farke PL season. Webber hoicked Air Rons, Emi and Cantwell round the market with that pronouncement but could only sell one. It was a disgraceful public strategy. How he was allowed to remain in place (still to this day) is much to our shame.

4 years.  Made his debut in 2019.  Does seem like longer mind you !

Caveat - I did get that from Wikipedia which also suggests that he is 5'10 so maybe take that that with a pinch of salt.  Webber has been busy updating some pages to head off concerns about his height ahead of any potential bids I'd imagine ...

Yes once again people seem to think selling your best players to fund a number of lesser quality players is good news. Like losing Emi and then expecting success because you purchased Kabak and Tzolis…

Aaron's could and should have been challenging for a place in the senior England squad by now. Unfortunately 2 relegations and have blotted his copybook.

He needs to move on, but with only 1 year left on his contract the fee is likely to be modest compared to what it could have been.

Always sad when fans feel selling players is a positive thing. In an ideal world both Aarons and Rashica would have been tearing up the Championship, but the reality is different.

But presumably those clubs that want to buy them believe that they are, ot that they can make them, better players than they have been for us.

The problem is that neither Smith or Wagner have been unble to do that.

And not just with those two players either.

Virtually every member of our squad has gone backwards over the last two seasons.

Agree completely, all players this year have gone backwards and only Angus Gunn has played to his ability and gets a 7 while no one else should be higher than 4 or 5 except Sara and Onel.
