Our only goal left for the season is to ‘ finish above Ipswich’

They are only one point ahead of us, we have everything to play for this season.

Forget all the Worthy Out and Delia chants (we are not singing them anyway!) Let’s have all the old anti Ipswich passion songs on Saturday.

Even Nigel thinks if we all work hard, pass the ball, concentrate and have the passion he has we can do it! I bet even 1st Wizard thinks it''s possible (perhaps not!)

for the life of me i cant remember who, but i distinctly remember a KTF piece on one of the articles in the pinkun a bit before THAT home game against Ipswich, and it said something along the lines of "and for those with a copy of the league table Ipswich are below us, things cant be that bad."

[/quote] Ipswich have lost so many of their star players that finishing above them is an absolute must, not a goal!. It won''t be much to celebrate and it won''t take anything away from how disappointing this season has been. Anyway we could still reach the playoffs. I know it''s very unlikely but while it''s still a remote possibility that has to be our goal! A win against Sheff Utd will set us on our way. Wolves always stutter at the end of the season so its not beyond the realms of possibility to catch them!

I think that is the target now! Play-offs might still be a target for Worthy but you''d have to win every match until the end of the season which''ll be virtual impossible.

God this is really does make it obvious how poor this season has been. Not so long ago in August we were all talking about winning the league, now it''s just a remote possibility of reaching the playoffs and finishing above Ipswich. I think I might just go a jump out the window.

Even if we did win every game(not going to happen)Preston would have to

get less than 14 points from 9 matches(again not going to happen).

Just makes you wonder what Royle could have done with our resourses and

where they would be with Worthington teaching them hoofit.... Another

Even Brighton out-passed us for lengthy periods! mostly at carrow road too, our so called fortress, its been a dungeon for norwich this year!
