The reality for Norwich is that with Webber still here, that available funds will be wasted. He needs to be the first to go. He should never have had his contract extended. 

Whoever comes next must offload the dross that makes up at least half of our squad. 

Both of the above require owner approval. 

Our current owners won’t do either of the above  

This season was finally put out of its misery tonight. Had it been next year, with the league stronger, we wouldn’t have even been in with a shout still.

We need such huge change this summer and the right change just won’t happen. We are headed to the bottom half of this league next year.

If only. But he has nowhere to turn. Another failed project. Who’d want him?Certainly no one would entrust him with player recruitment. Nor manager recruitment. 
Whether he’s improved the training facilities matters little, considering he’s got donkeys using it
