essex canary 622 Posted March 12, 2023 An article in yesterday's EDP makes reference to an ex NCFC Regional Development Programme coach of 5 years standing prior to 2021 who has been jailed for 2 years and 8 months following an unprovoked attack using a metal tent pole as a weapon. The article concludes by stating that a Club spokesman confirmed that the offender had left the Club in 2021 following an internal investigation. I am inclined to take the view that the Club spokesman ought to identify themselves and give some assurances about safeguarding.
