If a new manager does come in he will either have to make do with our midfield or let one or two go and that may prove tricky.

Yes, it makes you shudder doesn''t it that these guys are contracted to our club for so long?

Safri is obviously still contracted to the club for a season or two but he is class and doesn''t need discussing.

The others however could prove to be a problem. They are all defensive minded midfielders (jeez! we don''t have any attack orientated midfielders! when you look at it or wingers) and that will probably not be to a new managers liking. It could be expensive to shift some of them on.

Worthy will leave a legacy for a new manager that is for sure. I just hope that a new manager can get the likes of Jarrett and Etuhu performing, and add to that Colin who i think could be a decent player.

On the plus side the following are out of contract in June so could be moved on to give a new manager some room to manoveure in the transfer market.

Jarvis and Charlton.

Henderson is out of contract in June 2007 so i wouild move him on as well

We will need a new left back in the summer that is for sure with Charlton and Brennan both having left the club.
