World Cup Cheeses

Recommended Posts

While watching the Swiss last night it occurred to me that their no 7 was named after that famous Swiss/Camaroon Cheese 'Brie' Embolo.

We had good fun with ' Reliable Sauces' a few years ago, anyone got anymore cheeses named after WC players ( or vice versa), past or present?

' Cmon, let's be 'avin ya".

Phil Fondue anybody?

Get the idea?

PS. Good Morning.

I love Borough Cheese Market in Borough Market and one of my favourites is Kean. So obviously Roy Kean.

Austria do a Luneberg so its Freddie Luneberg

And of course, Pele's cheese, goat cheese.
