Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Man 3,777 Posted October 15, 2022 I think having Hayden rather than Gibbs protecting the back four gives everyone, players and fans alike, more confidence. There's also a lot more energy. Why do we have to wait until we're behind before playing like this?
GodlyOtsemobor 2,248 Posted October 15, 2022 Another corner, surely we have to do something with one eventually. Right?

Odds fluctuate massively, sometimes you only get 5/4 on a win. Go and look at our results against Watford going back 10+ years, we never find it easy against them. Yet our xG this season would have us as comfortable winners. In fact, go and look at last seasons Premier league table, they didn't finish bottom did they. Barham Blitz 652 Posted October 15, 2022 Hayden doesn't even look close to match fit but you can instantly see what he is going to bring. Takes up good positions and organises - looks to be taking over pointing duties from Kenny but before the event rather than after ...

Agreed, and he's also the most physical midfielder we have, which is important.

I didn’t expect you to answer it, that’s what the word rhetorical means. It means xG winning so far, let’s see if it does come end of season

People have been talking about using xG to bet on the outcome of games, and pointing out that our xG this season is very good. Feels like people want to continously shift the boundaries of the debate to suit. Right up your street then. Nice cross and lots of good control with Sarge's non existent left foot too.
