They definitely need to go. Even forgetting their lack of money their mentality isn’t right for our club. Their blind acceptance of relegation as part of the journey. Begging Webber to stay and letting him dictate his terms. This carefree “what will be will be” attitude is everything wrong here and it’s filtered all the way down. There seems to be no consequences for failure here and that needs to change asap.

The problem this season was recruitment we all know that. Had it been better I think we could have had a good chance to stay up. Therefore for me, I don't think wanting Delia out makes sense. We spent money and got it wrong.

Sadly the height of some ambition on here is to have Delia in control and nothing else. Put the club up for sale and see what happens. We won't know until we try but the Delia train has reached its station.

I think the most damning part of their ownership now is that alot of us are saying is there really any point in us getting promotion again next season, if that doesn't show how bad it's gotten from top to bottom, nothing will.

Recruitment, loss of key personnel behind the scenes, a dysfunctional board, two cosy married couples directly involved with the running and decision-making of the Club, lack of drive, unwillingness to take risk, a general air of stagnation.  A change of ownership is needed urgently.

Nah. To compete at the top table its been proven that generally speaking you need a lot of money. There are temporary exceptions where if you get everything right you might hang on for a season, at a push even two (see Brentford).

The problem is shouting we want Delia out doesn't solve that problem.

I remember the League One predictions last time we got relegated because it was only a couple of years ago 🙃 I guess with football being so variable,  eventually those people could be right one year. They'll have just had to wait 4 years, or 40 years, to claim that victory.

But in the absence of a benevolent billionaire, presumably an owner with a bit more motivation, drive, vision, desire, willingness to shake things up, greater risk appetite, and ability to lead would be an improvement on the current moribund ownership.

it was under Delias's ownership we did go down to Lg1 ,

yes she has had success but also has failed very badly sometimes

All things come to an end. Sadly I do now think it is time. This is a watershed moment.  For me its about culture . She is not driving a success orientated attitude. We have had good managers,  good players, good crowds and gazillions of parachute payments. Its all been there. But a defeatist " we are just happy to be here" approach has undermined it all. Time for a new era.

Well the fact they will hang on until it’s too late probably means it will go south after they walk away. They have utterly wasted so many excellent opportunities and moments when we would have been attractive to invest in.

Everything has a shelf life. Their ownership of this club passed that shelf life long ago. Ludicrously though, there are fans that believe these are the only people who can own the club. Quite what they think will happen to the club in the not so distant future is anyones guess.
