He'd need another couple of seasons at least to get to that. Looks like a tally that will be hard to beat quickly. These days, if we had a striker that could score 15-20goals a season in the prem, you'd be lucky to have them for more than two seasons. I would say Robert Fleck but its only an educated guess. Scored 84 goals between 1987/98 so that would be mostly top flight Division 1.
