Pukki now our 2nd all time highest scorer, only 4 more to go

Recommended Posts

Closing in on Roberts in the post 1992 list (football did not exist before then as we know)  and in less than 100 apperences than he made for us too..And to think there have been some saying Pukki needs to go. And we got him for free!

Did football not exist before Roberts?

Although I admire the respect for Pukki, that list is nonsense. Every paid up memember of this club knows Johhny Gavin wins that pub quiz special. Iwan? Please.

If ever I needed confirmation that your posts are just a constant stream of attention-seeking nonsense, here it is.

Terry Allcocl second with 127 goals

Iwan is third with 96 goals

Did you get to see him play in his second spell?

Just makes me realize just how bloody good Grant Holt was as well. Could you imagine an alternate universe with Pukki and Holt up front with Wes playing just behind.

Came back from Spurs in part exchange for Monty Norman.

Slightly different question. Who is our all time top flight goalscorer? Flecky? Sutton? Gordon?

Top flight, probably Fleck. Prem, probably Sutton is my guess.

Wasn't going then but was gutted when we got rid of Monty. Same as when we gave away Ron Davies

Deehan I believe.

Pukki now has 22 topflight goals. He'd need another couple of seasons at least to get to that. Looks like a tally that will be hard to beat quickly.

These days, if we had a striker that could score 15-20goals a season in the prem, you'd be lucky to have them for more than two seasons.

The Davies transfer was daylight robbery. Best header of a ball Ive ever seen in my lifetime.

I would say Robert Fleck but its only an educated guess. Scored 84 goals between 1987/98 so that would be mostly top flight Division 1.

Sutton is top in Premier League with 33 goals

Is that a packed terrace at Carrow Road or a well trimmed hedge in the background?
When was that photo taken?
