Time to make a point not to go to the last home game

Recommended Posts

All I can say is good luck. There were protests organised since last week for 1pm today until kick off and no one, the organiser included,  bothered to show up.

I'm going, I'll probably stay for the lap at the end as well, because I'm not normal.

Same. It'll give me a chance to wish Gilmour well on his loan at Walsall next season.

But plenty showed up to the one after the game didn’t they?

Hopefully the board will take note for once

I think that'll be in two years. We'll have to endure a loan to Everton and the media actually listening to fans saying he's not that good, rather than the **** "he obviously doesn't fit at Norwich".

Actually, maybe it'll be January 2023 he heads to Walsall as Everton won't be so inexplicably stupid as to not terminate the ****ing loan.

No, not plenty. In fact, less than 0.5% of fans in attendance today. And that's also irrespective of the fact they'd spent the week organising for people to get together between 12.30 and 1pm for an hour long protest with banners and possibly pyrotechnics.

So did you count them to come up with such an accurate figure?

Chose last match for my Match Pick which was entirely ridiculous never expected it to be a celebration just hoped.   Won't be there I'll write off the £48 and not waste more on travel.  I just hope they notice my non appearance and take note, some hope.

What was the match attendance Hoggy? I can't seem to find it (even the EDP don't have it).

We'll be singing
When we're losing
We'll be singing

2x
We get knocked down
But we go up again
They're never going to keep us down

Pi$$ing the games away
Pi$$ing the games away

We  kick a ball about
We  kick a ball about
We lose another game
We lose another game
We recall the games that inspired us
Of the good times
We sing the songs that remind us
Of the better times

On the ball City

Never mind the danger

Steady on, watch your step

We’ve conceded another goal

No they didn’t - it was just people trying to get through, I was one of them.

Lots of empty seats in The Library.

But then the average age is pretty high there.

Could have just been a busy weekend for the grim reaper.

In fairness, the sack the board and Webber out chants could be heard from Cathedral Close, so some of those trying to get through must have joined in the chants.

Some joined in the chant as they passed, but it was far from any sort of majority, barely a handful of people.  But I just wanted my post match pint so didn’t hang about and there may of course have been tens of thousands later on.

Couldn't get near today so glad I was there last time before it caught on. Did Webber come out this time?

He actually said 50-100 people but then rob and Chris on Facebook live later said 200-300 so there is no accurate number, however good on those who where there, had I been able to attend as normal I'd have been there with them. Enough is enough.
