The top league of the pyramid has always been that, regardless of what Sky want. Saying we've had the most relegations since 1992 is as arbitrary as saying Man City have won the most titles since 2019. Both true, but both pointless, unless you think sponsors and TV companies trump sporting competition. As someone else here has said, Birmingham have had 12 relegation from the top flight.
