Its not built around defensive strength, we don't play short passing triangles to cut through the opposition and we don't seem to have any cohesion up front. Very few chances being created. Did anyone ask whether Normann, Kabak etc have the same thing? Because it’s pretty clear it doesn’t stop them not playing the likes of Kabak etc. or indeed Gilmour when they didn’t want to play him.
