Yep, I've ordered a big group booking and I starting to get a little bit nervous that the tickets 20+ people have given me cash for are not yet here. I guess it's potentially a measure taken to reduce ticket-touting, send em out at the very last minute.

It's the way the FA do all their ticketing.  In Sheffield there is a mini FA St George's Park where my son plays some local league games and you have to have the FA app to gain admission - both players and spectators / accompanying parents.  Once you get the app working its okay if the turnstiles are working, but invariably they aren't and you can just walk in anyway!

Doesn't surprise me. I coach a kids' football team so often have to use FA technology; it is atrocious and so unreliable.

Never forget when the Australian women's team got beat by an under 15's boys team 7-0.

That's all I have to say on the matter

They should have evened it up, and put Theoklotis in goal for the kids!

Wasn't it the Women's World Champions USA that lost to a kids team? Or is this another occasion?

It was the under 16's not 15's but aside from that minor detail I was right.

It’s just a different type of game. As long as it’s competitive surely that’s all that matters?

would you be on the sidelines at a England cerebral Palsy team game shouting “you are crap, all of you!”

everyone should play football

Hate to tell you guys, but by almost any metric women's football is much more of a sport than men's football.

The idea that Man City v Norwich, a game in which one team possesses a single player worth more than the other's entire squad and has a referee who applies different rules depending on what shirt the players are wearing, constitutes sport is pretty amusing.
