Given Lampard's previous, the best Everton can hope for is to maintain the position they currently hold.
Coneys Knee 1,049 Posted February 8, 2022 I think it’s fair to say we need to move on from Newcastle. We need to drag as many in to this as possible. Leeds, Everton, Brentford, Palace even. Escaping the drop for us is gonna take a huge effort and a huge slice of good fortune I think.
Nexus_Canary 1,206 Posted February 8, 2022 Come on guys, Newcastle were always going to buy themselves out of the pit. No surprises, big Fwanks first game and they get tonked by bottom of the table. This will send Everton into a nose dive (as if they were not in one?) Wet Spam did us a solid its just Manure that screwed it up drawing to Burnley (posted with 87 mins on the clock)
yellowrider120 917 Posted February 8, 2022 Man Utd are truly awful. How the hell Maguire plays for England I really don't understand. Total donkey. Just pray Burnley don't nick a winner. Watford lost so it's an 'ok' set of results but nothing more for us. A win tomorrow and just pray Leeds lose and Brentford. We can drag them into it 'for sure'! Unexpected win for Newcastle but like you say what was once a four horse relegation race is starting to see other teams getting dragged in. A win tomorrow would be massive
Pugin 601 Posted February 8, 2022 I am convinced that the relegated teams will be Brentford and two others.
