The original post said Farke and his coaching team, so I assume that it is the same ones. simply having a larger stadium doesn’t make them big though. By that reasoning Queens Park have been one of the biggest teams in the UK for years ( I know they’ve just moved out). The owner allegedly wants to build not bankroll the club.
