Big O 225 Posted December 14, 2021 I know everyone seems to become a better player by not being in a struggling team but is Dowell not worth a bit of a run behind Pukki? at the very least he gives us better quality from set pieces and does have a goal in him. After watching the last few games it’s not clear where our threat is coming from.

Lee Marshall 4 Posted December 15, 2021 I think he should start our next game, as the team needs to change for the next match after how poor we were last night.
rock bus 851 Posted December 15, 2021 Surely anybody would be more effective than Gilmour (or indeed Cantwell on last night's showing) Oh except for Idah who produced one of the worst cameo appearances last night that I've seen!!
TeemuVanBasten 3,327 Posted December 15, 2021 (edited) He's a number 10. If we line up with a number 10 it should be him... ... but I'm not interested in seeing him out wide again, far too slow. Agree on the set piece thing, when he came on at 1-0 I did think that a Dowell free kick is our only chance of equalising.
