Besiktas do look like the kind of slightly fallen "giant" he could work very well with. The problem could be the patience of Turkish fans...especially in Istanbul derbies. On the other hand he may not want to stay in the UK. I'm sure plenty would love him but why on earth would he choose a Championship club over Besiktas? They are one of the three largest clubs in Turkey, never been relegated from the top tier. They won the Turkish league last season (reigning champions), played Champions League this season in the group stages, in a group with Dortmund, Ajax and Sporting Lisbon.... they have a beautiful new stadium in an incredible city. Bit of an odd comment really, Farke has done is dues in the Championship and has moved on to make his money and experience football with clubs he can get into Europe.
