I think we had pretty low attendances for the Full Members Cup back in the mid 80s, I seem to recall is playing Coventry with not too many there….but that tournament was pretty rubbish.

I seem to recall something like 10,001 at home vs Luton in the league in the 80s. I remember it because it was the last shopping weekend before Christmas I think so the general theory was that most of the wives had force their husbands to go shopping with them!

i’m going purely on memory here so could be completely wrong.

By the way, I recommend trying to use your memory from time to time. Simply reaching for your phone and googling the answer is what’s known as digital dementia!

I remember being in a crowd of about 8000 in the cup v Carlisle circa 1992ish, can't remember a lower one.

91/92 season saw 5,507 packed into Carrow Road for a league cup tie against Charlton. Not so many fans were interested in the Full Members Cup though when only 4,436 turned up against QPR.

9,815 saw a 3-3 against Birmingham City at Carrow Road in March 1998 - probably my mind playing tricks, but I’m sure I recall a gasp as it came up on the scoreboard!
