Who is the third chap in the black coat next to Smith & Shakey?

Looks like Steve Weaver to me but could of course be wrong.

"Okay gather around. I'm Dean Smith and I'll be taking you guys to the Championship, then I'll be fired around this time next year when we are mid table and having lost 5 to nil at home against Luton Town. Okay lets scrimmage."

Never sure exactly what I expect to see that's different, but always find it amusing that professionals do the same drills I used to do when I played. 😄

As a plus, they looked happier in this video than the depressing one they released 2 weeks ago.

Saw Sky sports at the training earlier too:-

Anyone else get Sammy Lee vibes when they see Craig "Shaky" Shakespeare?

Looked a bit naff, but then it's still Farke's coaching team, for now.

Good to see Hanley sprinting, which suggests he might be in contention.

He was playing for Norway on Tuesday so probably just not back yet.

What I find interesting is at 3:53 on the 24 hour video Webber is asked who is winning on the soccorbot training (this is an explanation of soccerbot - https://sempremilan.com/soccerbot360-explained-rangnicks-brainchild-designed-to-coach-players-like-never-before fyi)

Gilmour and Cantwell were the names Webber came back with straight away ...

Unsurprising with Cantwell to be fair

Its only a few seconds of clips but in each of the videos I've seen Placheta looks class.. wouldn't it be great If Smith found there was actually a decent football there. IF he had speed and skill could be a lethal player for us.

Great to see Todd engaging with him as well.

Also basic comments about what's your job/stop the cross are exactly 'the topics' that we should be concentrating on in training (sorry couldn't resist!)
