Won’t be Steve Bruce then, he was on holiday in Dubai watching England in the 20/20 semi final.

Perhaps someone else is in Dubai this week watching the cricket  😉

I know that a plane left London for Dubai today….

Will he invest his own wealth into the team?

Almost certainly, it's what new managers do, and if he wants the gig it better be a decent amount.

Has anyone pointed out yet that he’s wealthier than our owners?

Based on other people’s reports I assumed we were meeting up with him Thursday, however as SKY shew lots of famous people at the cricket including the likes of Steve Bruce, why would they not show Lampard ?

I pray that you're wrong.

Losing Farke for Frank will feel like substituting a philosopher for a well groomed PE Teacher who only got his post because his dad's the school Headmaster.

We need to be intellectually forged into something greater than the sum of its parts and I think this is beyond a celebrity manager.

On every criteria I can't see how Lampard trumps Dean Smith ... BOTH for this relegation dog fight and next season's likely promotion push.

KK is my favourite but I fear that the timing doesn't quite fit.

Nooo, the stardust from a celebrity manager will fly in the eyes of the opposing team and we'll annihilate them.

She's all the way up in the stands so it doesn't get down to the pitch; technical area with a big fan behind him will work wonders.

Understood. Maybe we should move her onto the bench?

It’s probably nothing, but Paddy Davitt highlighted an article, where  Mathias Normann was interviewed by the Norwegian press & he was asked if Knutsen has what it takes to manage in the Premier League, Normann replied “Yes….I have no idea….I don’t know & I hope so. I’m probably reading to much into the “I Hope So” but I wonder if he knows something?

Can't lie, last odds I see of 8/15 are pointing at this to be possible, they must've slashed again today.

I just can't see it myself, still think it's going to be a curveball.

I'd love to see him come through those doors and pump a fist to the Barclay though, would be like Patrick Swayze holding us in his powerful arms as we grace the sky all bird-like.  Look at me, watch me fly!

Frank: "No-one puts baby in the corner".

Us: "Thanks Frank, let's go get survival"

Frank: "You bet, kiddo!"

Remember, Don't do drugs kids!

Looks to me like Baby is sitting against a flat wall with a small bit of decorative stonework jutting out. I certainly wouldn't call it a corner. I wonder was Patrick Swayze any good at taking corners. Rashica's a bit inconsistent.

For me I dont want Lampard. I personally dont see the draw why people want him as a manager. Essentially failed at Derby. The only credibility he got with Derby fans was obtaining 3 decent loan signings. All of his signings were poor and had no resale value. He should of achieved autos if he was any good. We should be looking at better technical managers and ones which would improve us. Lampard is a big gamble and not one IMO Norwich should entertain.

Lampard isn't really a manager.

He was just given high profile jobs because he's football royalty.

I very much doubt he's in Webber's thinking.

Im hoping he is just a high profile player/manager which has just seen favor with the bookies, rather than Webber entertaining.
