Ken Hairy 3,759 Posted November 6, 2021 Gibson or Kabak for Hanley and I'd agree. It'll all depend who the manager is.

TheGunnShow 5,930 Posted November 6, 2021 Thought Lees-Melou looked decent at number 10. Gave us a degree of awkward physicality and indeed a bit more pace than a prime Stiepermann. Although not many number 10s could look as ungainly yet somehow come up with something than everyone's favourite crab shuffler. Still want to see Normann and Sörensen together in the deep. Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Man 3,777 Posted November 6, 2021 I don't think there's enough solidity in that midfield. I know it's popular to bash McLean and to a lesser extent Lees-Melou, but I think that one of those two has to be in there somewhere.
Capt. Pants 4,195 Posted November 6, 2021 Gilmour will play to save face with Chelsea. Cantwell will play. The risk of him leaving for nothing is too great. McLean and Dowell will be given time off.

Also there’s performances today that don’t deserve to be dropped, Williams being the first to mind but I also thought McLean had his best game of the season and Gibson looked much more assured than previously. Ultimately it’ll be a new manager so who knows.
