Cantwell playing for the Under 23's again tonight

So unless we are told otherwise, I think Farke has been as honest as possible. Just as with anything these days, there are always conspiracy theories that have little or no basis. They could end up being right, but I don't think there is a lot of evidence at the moment.

Farke told us that Todd is not in the squad because of fitness/injury - he played the full 90 minutes last night and there seemed no problem. Surely he was fit enough for a place on the bench. His emphasis on fitness is let down by the fact that he kept Hanley on with a groin injury on Sunday which might have cost us the game.

He does not usually put players coming back from injury in the U23's. He has said that he doesn't want to hinder the progress of the young stars. Placheta was out for a long time and  got straight back in the first team squad. Cantwell's demotion to the youngsters appears to me to be some form of punishment.

Previously the reason for Todd being omitted from the substitutes was that Farke wouldn't select 2 similar players. Dowell was on the bench although the 2 had played many times together. On Sunday Farke picked Dimi and Williams on the bench, also Placheta who has played left wing back.

Farke has not been telling the truth, he might have a good reason for it. People connected to the club are saying its a rift. For the sake of the club they have to sort this out, the players are the ones that can get us out of this nightmare.

Man management skills would be good for the club if Farke showed any.  Leave the sulking alone and try to get your players to play for the team.  Being stubborn and set in your ways will not see any wins, hasn't seen any sofar this season.  Todd obviously unhappy but no idea what Sorensen has done wrong to irk Farke.

Billy Gilmour is more relevant. Excellent Scottish international player who can't get a look in despite our inability to even look like threatening a win.

Join the dots.

A statement from one or both parties could quash any rumours, but there's nothing. Feels like a bit of a stand off. Wouldn't be so bad if we had better players to bring in, but we don't.

Whilst I get the sentiment if it's a private matter then he wouldn't need to say anything more than what's already been said. Hopefully he's back soon anyhow

There are constant statements... every week in the pressers before games. That people don't find them or listen to them isn't the fault of Farke, Webber or Cantwell.

Cantwell had a back injury last week and so wasn't able to play for the U23's Vs Newcastle. Literally, go listen to the presser and the questions around this.

We have seen players played in the U23's before. I believe Hanley has even played for them on the way back from injury. Mumba was also playing last night. Zimmermann before too. There is precedent.
