I so glad I don’t live with the same insecurities as you. Having a meltdown because you’re wrong is absolutely cringe.

You aren’t insecure but you accuse people of being xenophobic based on absolutely no evidence.

Not being funny mate but you sound like an absolute state pulling that one. Your life must be great if it’s come to that.

Where's your evidence that there hasnt been any potential buyers over the past i.e decade is 'fact' ?

We haven’t been sold

you believe a serious buyer won’t be able to overcome a TV cool from the 70s?

You've claimed that we arent an attractive invesrment.. and stated it as -'fact'

You've then gone on to admit that you dont what what investment offers the club has had over the years bar the Tony Fernandes bid.

So without knowing what bids the club has received , how can you claim this as 'fact'

..really didnt think it needed explaining

I’ll consider admitting to what you want me to admit to when you admit that you don’t remember what you want me to admit to 🤣🤣

Just asking you to back up the statement you claimed as 'fact'?

..simple really, as you're proving once again to be

Someone just paid 350 million for the team one place above us.

Very very very different situation to us and a far more attractive business deal because of Mike Ashley’s…. Unique…. Ownership over the years.

You prove to me that we’ve been approached ? I did the old switcharoo on you!

I have more evidence on my side than you, that’s a fact.

The burden of proof lies with you

As things stand, none of us can prove anything one way or another.  The only people who could answer the question clearly won’t.

It is a fact that there have not been any formal offers or bids for the club at least since around 2000 (and probably not at all since S&J took over). Not from Fernandes or Cullum or anyone. There may have been informal expressions of interest but nothing that was turned into a formal bid.

You’d hear concrete rumours if investment was incoming. It’s fantasy that some fans think Delia is stopping someone who’s loaded from buying us. A total coping mechanism.

business facts are business facts, we aren’t an attractive business proposition. Facts.

Whys is that 'fantasy'? She wants to 'hand the club' to her nephew. That is basically saying..........'the club is not for sale'.  o

Somebody bought Barnsley..

Rumours are that Ben Kensall has said that there are plenty of willing buyers/investers and the current owners won't sell and are holding the club back

Agreed. The Suffolk Socialists have been holding the club back for years. Kemsell tried to be go-ahead by presenting an ambitious plan to re-develop the City Stand and make the stadium into a multi-purpose entertainment venue, but was rebuffed by the Socialists which then led to his departure. It was the same lack of ambition from the Socialists which led to the departures of the Turners, Bowkett and McNasty.

Norwich City is just a vanity project for Delia.

The club is falling well short of its potential, which, as Mr Chase showed, is certainly there....................

But, unfortunately, any progress beyond the Championship is being stymied by very narrow-minded owners who only want the club to be run in their own out-of-date image. Norwich City have not joined the party that is modern-day football. The ownership model is still stuck in the 1950s.

Delia has gone on record stating the club is not for sale, which doesn't exactly attract would be owners...

I was helpfully pointing out the factual situation, since it is not always clearly understood.

It would if anyone made a formal offer for S&J's shares. As a matter of company law that would have to be disclosed.

how would if it worked if it was a approach to ask how much they wanted or interested in selling  ? would that have to be disclosed ?

Probably no football can ever change its ownership and Norwich City is in the uniquely privileged situation that it can never change hands. Presumably, if no formal offer has ever been made in the past that also precludes the future too.

Did you read her infamous Times interview? Delia & Michael are doing to Norwich City what the Boston Strangler did for door to door salesman.

They will never sell. “No,” says Michael. “We can’t on one hand [protest] that football’s being run from Dubai and Wall Street and then give into it.” Delia grins. “The supporters will be very disappointed to hear that. But no way will we sell. We don’t even listen to any enquiries"

How long ago was that because I was under the impression her most recent quote was she would sell to the right person.

Investors are sharks and would eat her and Michael if they want the club

Why should our esteemed majority shareholding duo even contemplate relinquishing their position?.....They humbly and graciously (when offered) recouped their much appreciated loans that they previously afforded the club, and now continue to maintain their position as the heads of a fairly successful yo-yo football club board. They or any of our current board members haven't been required to put any of their personal finance into the club, but they probably continue to enjoy the affluent trappings, travel and perks, including the superb social life that comes with being the owners or an illustrious member of the football club board....

I certainly bl00dy wouldn't want to give that up.....

I don't entirely understand this post, but as far as the second sentence is concerned, no, the lack of a formal offer in the past in no way precludes one being made in the future. I don't see why you might think it would but am always happy to provide clear factual and unbiased information.

Would you agree that the majority shareholders attitude towards 'never selling' the club does distract would be offers?
