Nothing out of the ordinary for this league. It doesn't get spoken about much in the media because it's important for them to protect their product, but the bottom 14 or so in this league are all just more expensive, higher quality versions of the types of teams Sam Allardyce used to assemble, it's also why he isn't effective anymore.

'Disjointed' is exactly how I'd describe it. Some flashes of really good play which then evaporates. WTF happened in the build up to their pen appeal? A classic Norwich mess-up I seem to remember.

Thought we got a little better as the half went on, Sargent (aside from the horrific miss) has harried and harassed their defence well at times, PLM has played well in the centre when breaking up the play and finding a quick out ball and Giannoulis has been solid on the left. 

Just need to find a way to link play a little more consistently to our frontline as we have given the ball away too much through hopeless long balls that just finds another Brighton player.

We totally lack conviction and play like a team that don't want to be in the EPL. It's as though the rest of the season is an exercise in damage limitation until we are back in the Delia Zone.

It was a big miss for Sargent and in one earlier moment he couldve passed Pukki through with easy pass. So sure lacking bit with his final delivery. However, he has still been full of energy, desire and will to fight for each ball. Something that we really need to see more in the team!

Tried to stay on his feet? I suggest a trip to the opticians. It wasn't given because it definitely, 100% was not a penalty (we were still lucky as the situation gave the officials an opportunity to c*ck it up)
