Suspect Dimi got the nod due to added physicality against Burnely diagonal balls over full back.~

Bet 75% of their passes are for a size mismatch vs Aarons at the back stick.

You would hope with 3 big CBs in the side we are alive to that.

What do we reckon Farke is up to in the photos McLean has off him then?

Mclean must have something on Farke, If we lose and Farke is still here Monday morning he must have something on Webber

No attacking threat in that line up, and it'll probably go out the window when Burnley score inside first 10mins!

If we can't play an attacking line up against one of the worst teams in PL, then when will we?

As Norfolkngood said earlier, surely fans would want to see us give it a go, and lose, than try such defensive lineups each game just to try us leaking goals, at the expense of nothing up front.

Burnley missing a few key players today, their lineup doesn't look that impressive. This is our best chance of getting points. Let's be avinnn yaa

So he persists with the 532. Not sure about that, but perhaps against Burnley he feels we need a bit of muscle.

Sargent up front with Pukki didnt work last time, both were anonymous. Pukki often slinks around under the radar but was disappointed with Sargent last week after he had put himself about so well the week before.

Dont like a midfield 3, think it dilutes the roles of those playing. Would much prefer to see a midfield 2 of Normann and Lee-Melou, just staying central, nor being dragged about or moving onto the wing. Think tht would be far more solid.

Kenny has made a number of mistakes, most notably in getting muscled off the ball too often, Id take him out of the team for a while.

Glad to see Giannoulis back in the side, he is a better attacker than Brandon. Hopefully his presence will mean Aarons gets a few more opportunities.

Back 3 Im really not keen on. Kabak had a better game last time which is promising, but he was still not great. Hanley hasnt been superb. Gibson, hopefully is motivated to put a stellar performance in against his old club.

Personally I would play a deep line with a flat back four, central partnership of Hanley and Gibson.

Midfield 2 of Normann and Lees-Melou

Pukki up front

Sargent wide right and probably Tzolis on the left, Maybe Rashica behind Pukki doing a lot of interchanging with Sargent on the right

FFS. We've only played 10 minutes.

OTBC

Doesn't changed the fact we set up very negatively and have lost 6 on the bounce, but we did have a decentish attack yay

This is shocking again

Disagree entirely. We have looked positive going forward. Earned a decent free kick and given Burnley plenty to think about.

You watching the game!?  Because it's all Burnley we have literally nothing in midfield. Soon as we get the ball we go backwards

Always good when a goalie comes out for a punch, gets the ball first and wipes some **** out on the follow through.

Well, there are goals in the other three 3pm kick-offs. I wonder who had money on our game being the last one to have a goal in it?

I guess I am looking for positives and willing to support the team rather than sticks with which to beat it after a 10 minute settling in period.

Yeah that's fair, just on a massive downer with us at the moment. Feel this is a game we should be attacking.
