OneCity unresponsive

All i get in trying to register to buy tickets is a 'server not responding please try later' validation error.

 

Anyone been able to sign up and buy tickets?

Honestly until they build a platform worth the software it is written in I'm just going to insist they take my card details over the phone.

Football club websites are terrible and always have been.

Who is employed to manage their CDN? Although Archant could use a new one of those, too.

Are you trying this at work or over a VPN? If so, I have the same issue here. Soon as I try it at home or on a phone, works fine. Just being blocked at work by firewalls etc.

What response code do you get if you look in your browser Developer Console?

It's ok don't worry, you two have got me thinking about it the right way.

I forgot that I'm on a work laptop, so it is almost certainly a firewall issue.

Every confidence it'll be fine on another laptop.

Issue closed. Thanks all.

( @Ian it was a Failed to load resource authorization token as opposed to an HTTP response code, which I think confirms the above.

Discovered I had Liverpool tickets in my basket, unfortunately can’t make the game, now deleted the purchase, what would have happened if I had left it alone

Logic says if you had not claimed them within the season ticket holder window to purchase the club would sell them after that time expired.
