West Ham v Leicester

Recommended Posts

How long will the pattern continue of playing teams just stung by defeat?

Man City……Leicester…….more than likely Arsenal…….

Unplayable - God help us

Josh Sargent should be made to watch videos of Michael Antonio.

They'll be fired up to beat us after tonight.

I'd be more worried if I was a Palace fan to be honest, knowing they've got West Ham next.

More than likely, but we will be equally determined to turn them over (again), especially in front of a full Carrow Road 🙂

Antonio is such a good player. Strong, smart, quick - seriously underrated.

Should really be in the next England squad.

I agree until I read he has recently declared for Jamacia. Massive shame.

Hi all!

Leicester fan here in the hope that I can answer your question, though, depending on which day of the week you ask it, you'd likely get a different response.

We're very Jekyll and Hide and have been for the past couple of seasons, even in spite of our success. Thankfully, for the most part, it's been fantastic, however we're still more than capable of stinking the place out against anyone from Bournemouth and Newcastle to yourselves and West Ham.

We have a brilliant squad, but a mixture of injuries (and COVID in the case of Bertrand) to key defensive players (Evans, Fofana, Justin, Castagne, Vestergaard, Bertrand) and a soft underbelly means we can certainly be 'got at' by just about anyone in the division on a bad day.  Last season alone we hammered Man City 5-2 at their own place and also lost 4-2 at home to Newcastle, the latter only looking marginally better with two late consolation goals.

Should be an entertaining game either way, though I would happily accept a 0-1 away win and hopefully get a couple of players back after the international break.
