It's a load of BS really, we should be making it easier for clubs to loan home grown talent to help the development of the national squad but instead we're limited to 2 (which we have fulfilled now) but can get more from abroad. Given the success of the mighty Newcastle Utd I'm not sure it is a good thing we are chasing the same players as them.
