When will we score? When will we win? Call it

Recommended Posts

First goal Bournemouth in the cup, first win Leeds at home in October. Our fixtures are absolutely horrible. All the teams we would have a chance against are away. Our home fixtures are against teams like Watford and Brighton who will just bully us off the pitch with their physicality, stifle our play with fouls and nick really easy cheap goals from set pieces or on the counter. After the first 4 game it seems like all the games v footballing sides are away and at home we have the physical counter attacking sides who we always lose to.

Oh yeah, had forgotten about the cup. We'll smash Bournemouth. It could have been you Phillip Biling.

And Gary Cahill ; )

Not counting the Bournemouth game - Leicester next weekend. Back Sargeant to now start ahead of Pukki - again his late cameo demonstrated what his pace and general physicality will give us over Pukki. Unfortunately Pukki looks to be past his purple patch and simply isn’t the right selection when we are up against the bigger teams.

agree with a lot of posts that in these types of games we need to be having pace and wingers on the field - Tzolis for a start and Hernandez would have been ok albeit he is rather unpredictable when on the ball !

36 games left to go , we need 12 wins and a couple of draws, we can do this

Where do you think we will finish in the league, out of interest?

I don't think we can afford to write-off games at home versus Watford and Brighton, unless you are full expecting to see us in the bottom 3?

Hopefully the cup game will give the squad some confidence boosting winning feeling

I sadly see a loss written all over it. They are flying with tails high and brimming with confidence- their best player having turned us down. We just got spanked and seem to be in a very bad place…and we are very similar in terms of talent

You say that but we've got players like Tzolis and Sargent who have a point to prove, and we're at home
