he is playing tonight - does he look good enough to be useful for us in the prem?

(also Ajayi on the bench for WBA)

Clattered someone after about two minutes, lucky not to get booked. Definitely playing in a more advanced role than he used to! Will keep an eye...

No he doesnt look good enough. We should move on from Billing. Looks laboured and I don't think he has the right game for us.

As an aside I’m sure I just saw Kim Jong-un in the crowd

Maybe he's looking for a change of Korea?

Nothing special, doesn't look that committed.

He's just going through the motions as he knows he might be leaving soon and doesn't want to harm his chances of a move perhaps?🙂

I'm surprised no premier team has tried to buy Brooks

Was just thinking that myself, actually. Very impressive.

In other news, has the ref left his cards at home? I'm all for letting games flow and not buying into the histrionics, but he's let so much go it's surprising it hasn't really kicked off yet!

I still think Billing would be ideal for us. Don't think his price will be dropping like Webber had hoped though, especially with Danjuma on his way out.

I was a huge fan of his when I first saw him playing for Huddersfield the year they came up. I'm guessing that Webber connection is the reason this one won't go away. He certainly has all the tools to be a quality Premier League player, I guess it's more about attitude and application as to whether he would fit in well here.

It won't happen we seem to have a ceiling of around £10 million, so we will be about£5 million short of tha asking price

Christ those Bournemouth fans a quiet.

Isn’t that because there’s only about 15 Bournemouth fans in the country?

With Webber knowing him I doubt we'd be interested in him if his attitude or application were in doubt. He has that has that kind of Leroy Feresque languid looking style on the pitch but he covers ground. Don't recall seeing anything in the news painting him as a bad character off the pitch.

I must say, the prospect of him and Lees-Melou giving Gilmour space to play, and then two of Cantwell/Rashica/Dowell behind Pukki makes us look a lot more solid than last time we were up.

There’s always a drum. It’s not exactly original.

Entertaining game though.

Hasn't it been brilliant? Not sure if it's just because I've been missing domestic league football so much, but it seems to have been a fantastic game of football!
