Villa may have got some good players in, but that does not make a great team. Losing Grealish will be a double edged sword for them. Good in some ways - all the hype around him will have gone.....but bad for them because whoever comes in is unlikely to be as popular as him and may even face a backlash from the fans for not being Grealish. 

I don't get a sense that Villa were a great team last season and it seemed to me that they only did well when Grealish was on the pitch - so maybe they will struggle without him - and new players don't always gel, especially if the team they are going in to isn't that good in the first place.

Meh, it's the circle of football, they're just at a higher level than we are. So I won't be laughing either at them or with them - it merely happens.

Laughing at them looks a bit classless for me, although I can understand the cathartic nature of it.

😆 You know what I mean. A repeat of the 3-1 is on the cards. A fully firing Man City with a free-flowing JG is not something I want to see (against us).
