Not at all, at the worst they could raise any money needed against the ground

An interview with Alan Bowkett was posted on The Athletic today.

In short, the club was seriously close to administration in the summer of 2009 after relegation to League One.

In Mr Bowketts own words

"Carrow Road and Colney Training Centre provided security"

Going down to league one could have been the end of the club, but they did well to rebalance the books and get rid of the deadweight that had been collected over the previous couple of seasons. Thankfully since then we've made more successes than mistakes, and learned big time from the ones we did make, thankfully!

jus as I was seriousky close to being hit by a train going considerably fast

I was stood on the platform when it passed through the station

otherwise we were never in danger of going bust as the assets (Stadium/Colney) were worth more than the outstanding liabilities

likewise we were never going to go into administration ie the control/running of the club would be taken away from the directors

however, it did not mean that there was not a lot of work needed, by very skilful types like Bowkett to put it all in place

unfortunately, many do not understand the exact legal implications of the word administration and think that word is the same as bust and/or bankrupt - it is not

I really doubt (m)any people think administration and going bust are the same thing.

That wont stop him arguing about it though.

How close were Norwich City to going bust? The years fly by but I’m sure some will have fresher memories than most on the subject.

This has been dealt with on the Bowkett thread, and the answer is not very close.

Grand! Like I said , not bothered,  I've never bothered blocking anyone, have just ignored some for a bit sometimes.  But this fella had several opportunities  to withdraw  his accusations, and failed to do so. His choice.
