2 jabs to attend matches?

Looks a certainty.

"And he confirms that by the end of September the government plans "to make full vaccination the condition of entry to nightclubs and other venues where large crowds gather".

Good.

Just hope we don't have to produce results from a LFT at the same time. It will cause chaos getting into the ground; check for Vacc, LFT and baggage and then finally your ticket.

There is no certainty plans won't change in the next two hours, let alone two months ahead.

What a joke, did anyone see pictures on the news lunch time about the nightclub that was already full at Midnight when Freedom day started, and the non Vax required crowd counted down to midnight.

Indeed. You'll be required to be double jabbed from the autumn, in the meantime knock yourself out.

Madness.

Football is claimed as outside - so slightly different rules.

Not sure about the stairwells, concourses, lounges etc

I’m of the age where I’ve had my first jab and my 2nd is at the end of August. How anyone can think it’s fair that I’d have to miss the Liverpool game and any other home games before my 2nd jab just because of my age…

The most vulnerable are the older among us so rightly got their jabs first, but now also get their freedom earlier. I think not

It's a valid point. I guess if you're not happy with any aspect of returning to CR, just don't.

Its doesnt come in until end of September (and thats only for indoor venues currently)

So to get in, you need your first by 5.8.21, so everyone has time.

Don’t think anyone has said that, you need it by end of September.

Problem is the bogs, old boys have to spend so long in there, first the wait, then the dribble, then the pause, then the dribble, then walking off with the dribble continuing which isn't noticed till you get out in the cold.....my father told me this and I sympathise. Also those that shake more than is decent in a public place. All high risk activities for the non double jabbed.

It is of course subject to change!

Youd be better going to Chequers, and BoJo is there currently.

And anti-vaxxers rioting in London 🙄

I'm doubled jabbed.

I'm anti-mandatory vaccine, should be a choice.

Seems a bully tactic to get people to have the jab

If more of the youngsters had it of their own free will they wouldnt have needed to.

If they dont have the jabs, they cannot expect to be able to fully participate in certain things.

They still have a choice - just it has consequences for all either way.

As long as owners of enclosed venues are allowed to choose to refuse them entry.

I think they can from a medical side of things, however when they have been struggling financially its a tough decision for them, to turn people away.

Of course they should, people seem to be forgetting the health and safety of the staff here, an obligation on the employer by the way.
