Emergency services control rooms in the UK are apparently using it, and large hotel chains use it when they have multiple entrances to guide guests to the appropriate one, including Premier Inn and Hilton. Ford and Mercedes-Benz have it built into their Sat nav on newer models as well. I'm told it's big in Australia as well, we're it's life-saving for emergencies in rural areas.
