Branston Pickle 4,150 Posted June 2, 2021 Hmm...what could possibly go wrong, in trying to play an international tournament across multiple countries during a pandemic (even if it is hopefully at the tail end)...
Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Man 4,620 Posted June 2, 2021 Six Scotland players will miss the game as a precaution after Fleck tested positive but they all tested negative and don't have to isolate so there's no real threat of those six missing the Euros, luckily. I realise this is potentially a stupid question but what exactly is the precaution? Missing the game but not isolating seems pointless to me; you either are potentially infectious, miss the game AND isolate or you are fine and can play? Apparently the six who had contact with Fleck have all tested negative and do not have to isolate, but Scotland have decided to leave them behind anyway to train on their own.
