He will qualify for a work permit looking at the criteria so will probably go into the U23s and then maybe a loan later in the window if the club feel he needs development. It was later edited to say that. Seems like it isn't happening, but was strange as the reporter for Sky Germany said he was signing for Norwich and not the usual rumour story of "striker linked to club X, Y and Z".
