Tom NCFC 0 Posted February 9, 2006 Oops forgot to make my Point!Could he come to Norwich? He isn''t really wanted in the Premiership expect Portsmouth but they''ve got Redknapp now! It could happen, small chance! He''s leaving Rangers at the end of the season and that when i''d prefer Worthy to go (at the latest). I wouldn''t mind McLeish but I bet he''ll want a big Wage
Saint Canary 0 Posted February 9, 2006 McLeish? He won the SPL with Rangers, who hasn''t?
Alex Harvey-Jones 0 Posted February 9, 2006 Wouldn''t be a bad choice I suppose but I doubt he would come to Norwich!
A Load of Squit 5,134 Posted February 9, 2006 What a great choice! A man who knows how to get to the second phase of the champions league, just what we need!
Old Boy 0 Posted February 10, 2006 I''m not sure about McLeish, but the notice period thing is an idea worthy (sorry) of consideration. It''s a humane way, it gives the outgoing guy a chance to look for somewhere else, and the Club time to make a considered choice - and of course in our case probably reduces the pay-off. It''s a pity there''s no such thing as conditional notice - "Look, either we get to the play-offs, or you''re out".
Temp the Revelator 0 Posted February 10, 2006 McLeish has done good things as a manger previously, hence the reason Rangers wanted him in the first place. Short of running away with all competitions in Scotland, that job (along with Celtic) are almost impossible. I would love to see him here, if he would come.
