Champions at the end of Saturday 3.00 ko

Recommended Posts

Why will be champions on a Saturday at the end of a Saturday, because we have yet to be beaten this season in a game kicking off on a Saturday at 3.00 pm.  All 7 losses have been on different days and times.  Therefore even if we draw the two remaining fixtures we shall be Champions.

Games lost:

Bournemouth Sunday midday

Derby Saturday midday

Luton Tuesday evening

Watford Saturday evening

Swansea Friday evening

Bournemouth Saturday evening

Watford Tuesday  evening

Saturday 3.00 preferred times for City games hope City can mostly be played then in PL.

I started singing that list of fixtures to the tune of 'Happy Days'.

Hate to break it to you but if we draw and Watford win, it will go to the last game of the season- which is at 12.30 on Saturday, not 15.00.

It could well come down to "goals scored" if Watford win both games and Norwich lose 1 and draw 1 but I think Norwich will be too strong for Reading.

At home, 3pm Saturday kick-off, they know that a strong 90 mins here will mean they can ease off last game of the season, as will Barnsley... they could both put their reserves out and try some fancy shots.

To win the title you have to earn it, we need to go out and beat Reading then we'll be worthy champions. It doesn't matter what Watford do, we blew two chances against B'mouth and Watford, let's not blow the next two!

Title is done.

1. We will comftably beat Reading.

2. Watford won't win both their games.

I don't think Watford are that bothered about the title anyway, we are obviously because we've been top for so much of the season, I can't think of a time when Watford have even been on top this season.

Can't see a world where Watford get 6 from Swansea and Brentford and we fail to get 2 from Barnsley and Reading with the title in our sights. Would be a hilarious surrender.

Farke also has a very good relationship with Ismael so if we don’t win the title on Saturday he might be even be able to get Barnsley to field their reserves, as Barnsley have nothing to play for....

Remember Villa two years ago.... rested about 5 players incl. Grealish and i think McGinn ready for the play-offs.

Hopefully, job will be done this weekend anyway......
