cambridgeshire canary 6,512 Posted April 12, 2021 (edited) Given how seemingly hard it's been for opposition teams commenters to pronounce our players names (Never mind them confusing some of our players with other ones..) I can't wait to hear the attempts next season at Omobamidele, Dimitris Giannoulis, Przemysław Płacheta.. splendidrush 698 Posted April 12, 2021 It also becomes obvious that they know nothing about our players and are just reading some bumf on a piece of A4 that's been downloaded by an assistant off the net...... If Hanley clears his lines it'll be described as desperate or last ditch, whereas if Van Dyk does the same he'll be called cultured.

In your diligence to spell the names of the players correctly , which is to be applauded, you have misspelled “Commentators” #justsaying

TheGunnShow 5,805 Posted April 12, 2021 By Polish standards, Przemysław Płacheta is pretty easy to pronounce. Now, let them loose on this tongue-twister:W Szczebrzeszynie chrząszcz brzmi w trzcinie

Yellow and Green 334 Posted April 12, 2021 The commentators are usually fine. It's the pundits like Merson that I'm worried about!
seanthecanary 168 Posted April 12, 2021 Not sure who the Sky Sports commentator was vs Huddersfield but he seemed far too pleased with himself that he could say Omobamidele.

Apparently (according to Wikipedia) there are 5 Z tiles, worth one point.
