Hey, you can laugh all you like. I don't think we'd pay the sort of money suggested - but if Will Vaulks ended up at Carrow Road, I would not at all be surprised. He ticks a huge number of boxes of the sorts of players usually looked at by Webber.

The emoji was really for the phrase "credible rumour"; given that a rumour is, by it's very nature, not credible because otherwise it wouldn't be one. But having said that, you're right, I don't believe for a second that we would contemplate paying £7m for Will Vaulks.

His pass completion stats are 68.8% which seems very low and would seem to rule him out from being a Farke type of player.

He's playing in a Mick McCarthy team which may affect his pass completion rates.
