Gordon Bennett 948 Posted March 22, 2021 Home v Pompey in Division 2, 1986. I’d have been nine, can remember the City stand being a building site following the fire and for some reason Pompey’s bright red socks. And the River End being enormous! We sat in the family enclosure. We won 2-0 on our way to the title but no idea on the scorers.
