Ah well, long while to go and perhaps one wil feel the heat later in the match. Tonight though I'm a Bournemouth fan.

Swansea have just been awarded a penalty

The game hasn't started, but the ref thought it would save time later

Other than when they drop points whilst playing each other...I dont think we can rely on the chasing pack dropping too many points to any other teams

We're going to have to complete the job ourselves with little help from others

Now Watford have two, Saturday all over again

beat Forest, and it is as you are, with one less game left for us all

and as I can't see any of the three below us catching up, it should be a real dog fight for 2nd place

What money on three teams on 90 points plus? Just saying!

I could see one of them perhaps catching us, but no way two of them are going to.

Been thinking that for ages ... the top 4 are miles ahead.

If it stays as it is 'all' it would take is:

Swansea 7 wins in 11 games
Watford 6 wins in 9 games
Brentford 7 wins in 10 games

Looks like another free shot next Saturday, Brentford home to Forest, Watford home to Birmingham, Swansea have a tough one home to Cardiff

If teams win games comfortably as they are tonight we can have little complaint....its when they are gifted points via dodgy pens i.e Swansea x 2...or when a keeper dives out of the way of a free kick in the last minute i.e Cardiff v Watford on Sat is when its galling

I got my **** chewed for suggesting such things a month ago, but as I said there’s three teams very capable of putting that type of run together and at present they are! We shall see how the season plays out, but certainly exciting!

Doesn't look likely at the moment, but a couple of key injuries and defeat against Preston with lots of players missing could put a different complexion on things. Next two games are vital, get those won and we'll be in a fantastic position going into the international break.

that would require a higher points per game current to total for Watford and Brentford, with Swansea on the same

The key thing to remember is that 90 points may well be an increasingly possible target for 2nd and 3rd but we should surpass it fairly comfortably:

Norwich 90 pnts = 3 wins + 2 draws in 10 games

I just can't stop thinking of the mini slump we suffered at the end of 2019! We just need to keep Emi on the pitch!

I would still feel extremely confident without the 10 point lead

four wins out of the next ten will give us 91 points, almost certain promotion, but a points average which would see us currently sat in 17th place
